The year is 2020 and coronavirus has taken over the world. Millions of people are suffering from it and it has caused many countries ordering their citizens to stay at home. Nobody has succeeded in building a vaccine for it. You work at Screenslay Medications and your organisation has found out a solution to this problem. Screenslay has successfully made a medicine for coronavirus but as Screenslay is a very small organization, they can't seem to market it and provide it to the masses. Your job is to make a promotional video for the medicine of around a minute advertising the medicine and its cheap price. You're free to make up any features of the medicine or to promote another product with it/promote something else other than the medicine which cures COVID-19. Be sure to make the video so as to flaunt your A/V skills. You can refer to the learning resources to know more about A/V.

You're a member of sync-x, a crowdsourced initiative, working to improve the status of online education in remote towns/villages in this unprecedented time. Owing to the challenges faced by schools/colleges, your team has come up with a software which uses very low bandwidth to stream online content, making it ideal for places with connectivity issues. In order to get your product to the market, create a branding website for the solution you've come up with.

The website should ideally contain 4-5 pages/sections essentially describing the solution and the company. Although not mandatory, you're free to extend backend functionality to your website. Be sure to check out the learning resources to know more about web development.

Languages: HTML, CSS, Javascript
Use of Font Awesome/Material icons and online jQuery libraries is allowed but original graphics will be given bonus points.

Problem: Increasing cases of mental health deterioration

Mental health deterioration is an extremely sensitive as well as a pressing problem in today's time. It is something that can happen to anyone, be it a 30-year-old, well-settled, financially stable dad who looks after his family or even a 12-year-old because her mother does not let her play animal crossing anymore.

Mental health deterioration can be very subjective as well as delicate because it is in itself an extraordinarily vast field. A lot of times, even the person suffering from the issue is unable to explicitly tell that he/she is experiencing the hardship.

So, your aim would be to Think & Pitch a product which can help in preventing/solving/reducing the problem at hand. It can be a tech-based product or it can be something as simple as a teddy-bear you think can help. You just need to be able to think it through and put your idea across in a convincing way.

For the first round, you will have to send us a Doc/PPT/PDF/MP4/relevant links explaining your product. Based on the quality of your submission, we will select you for the second round of Idea Pitching in which you will have to pitch your product on a video call in front of the judges as well as other participants. The judges along with some other participants will have the option to question the working of your product after you have pitched it.

Coronavirus has changed our lives in many ways in the past few weeks from attending the school on laptops to helping your parents with domestic chores. Some of the household items have become essential be it your digital gadgets, protective masks or even brooms.

Aim: Model a household item which has become an essential item for you.
Submit the .obj file , main scene file , 3-5 rendered images of the model along with a one-line .txt file explaining why is this item an essential for you.

The goal of designing software is to allow the user to easily explore the interface. In this increasing era of modernity, Music Applications are constantly evolving and users are becoming increasingly savvy to the way interfaces function.

The task for you is to design the User Interface (UI) of a Music Player (either a mobile app or a web player.) Your goal is to make it extremely minimal and user-friendly. You can take the design inspiration from various applications like Spotify, Shazam, Wynk, etc. but your aim should be to create a far more aesthetic and easy-to-use design than those apps. You will be given bonus points for designing a creative feature of your own.

You will have to share with us your Adobe XD/Adobe Illustrator/Sketch/Adobe Photoshop files along with the Image of each screen of your mobile app/website. Check out the design learning resources provided, if you need any help.
